Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting original artwork and independent artists. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are carefully packaged by hand using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping timelines vary depending on the size of the artwork, destination, and availability. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and packaging before your artwork is shipped.

For larger original paintings, local pickup or alternative delivery arrangements may be available. Please contact me before purchasing if you have questions about shipping options for a specific piece.

Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Framed Artwork

Some original artworks are available with framing options. If you select a framed piece, please note that framing is completed specifically for your artwork and requires additional time.

As noted in the product description, framed pieces may require 3–5 weeks for framing and preparation before they are ready to ship or be picked up.

Prints

All prints are made to order. Please allow 5–15 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your print has been produced, shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of the artwork, packaging requirements, and destination.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select original artworks, as stated on the product page. Pickup details will be arranged directly after purchase.

Please wait for confirmation that your artwork is ready before arriving for pickup.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Every artwork is carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label so we can determine the next steps.

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of my control.
