Are your paintings original artwork?
Yes. Each original painting is one of a kind and painted by Heather. Because of the intuitive process used to create the work, no two paintings are exactly alike.
Do you sell art prints?
Yes. A selection of Heather's original paintings is available as art prints. Print editions are made to order and are available in several sizes, making the work a more accessible way to bring an original piece into your home.

Do you offer custom paintings or commissions?
Yes. Heather accepts a limited number of commissions. Commissioned paintings are created specifically for you while remaining true to her artistic process and style.

Can I request a painting based on one of your previous works?
You can use previous paintings as inspiration for a commission, including a particular colour palette, feeling, or subject matter. However, Heather does not completely replicate past works. Each painting is intentionally unique and will be created as a new original piece.

How long does a commissioned painting take?
Please allow approximately 3–4 months for a commissioned painting. The exact timeline can vary depending on the size and scope of the project, and a more specific estimate will be provided when your commission is booked.

Can I choose the size of a commissioned painting?
Yes. Commission sizes can be discussed when you inquire. If you have a particular wall or space in mind, it can be helpful to include the approximate dimensions you're looking for in your email. Please see Commissions page for more information

Do you offer framed artwork?
Yes. All original artworks come framed. Framing is completed separately and generally takes approximately 3–5 weeks. Prints do not come framed.
Do you ship artwork internationally?
Yes. Heather Mollenhauer Art ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated separately from the artwork, and you can enter your postal code at checkout to receive a shipping quote.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How is artwork packaged for shipping?
Original paintings and prints are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Shipping options and costs are calculated based on the destination and size of the artwork.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the artwork purchased, and the shipping method selected. Please note that commissioned artwork and framed pieces require additional time before they are ready to ship.
Can I return or exchange an original painting?
Because original artwork is one of a kind, all original artwork sales are final. Heather does not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings.
Can I return an art print?
Prints are made to order specifically for each customer, so all print sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How can I purchase an original painting?
Available original paintings can be purchased directly through the online shop. Because each painting is one of a kind, once an original artwork is sold, it is no longer available.
How can I find out about new paintings?
The best way to hear about new artwork and collection releases is to join Heather's email list. Subscribers receive first access to new work before it is released publicly.
