About Me

Hi my name is Heather, 

I’m an intuitive painter working with oil paints in my home studio in Toronto. My work is inspired by nature and the emotional pull of colour—each painting is a conversation between movement, instinct, and what wants to emerge in the moment.

I’m also a jewellery designer who loves to tell stories through form and material. Alongside my creative work, I’m certified in both breathwork and Human Design, which  influence how I see and move through the world. I am fascinated by how people learn about themselves, reflecting externally to deepen their inner worlds. 

I’ve been lucky to travel widely and have lived in places with incredible nature: Tofino, Salt Spring Island, and Australia. I find endless inspiration in the earth’s organic shapes, weathered surfaces, and ever-changing palette. Being close to it opens me up creatively and emotionally. 

Painting, for me, is a way of coming home to myself.

(Also I have a little dog named Rambo and I am obsessed with him)
